Program Overview
We conducted the NLOP – New Leadership Orientation Program on 5th and 6th December at The Chancery Pavilion.
The program was designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance managerial decision-making, and equip participants with practical tools to lead high-performing teams.
The sessions focused on:

• Enhancing decision-making and people management skills
